A very unscary introduction to boxing fitness. Learn how to throw a punch, stress relieve on the bags and finish off with a little circuit. It is a little bit of everything you need to get or keep you fit and healthy in a group environment and with a smile. This class will get you fighting fit without the fight!

Class open to anyone (although not suitable for newly post natal)
